Paul, you should submit your passport, completed application form, a recent passport photo, round-trip air tickets and hotel booking. If you are able to acquire an invitation letter from someone in China, the hotel booking and round-trip air tickets are not needed. At last, you might be required to provide yoru legal stay proof in Myanmar, such as valid visa and resident permit.
