About:China Private Visit Visa

familly visit, can they apply for residence in china?

Hello this is farid from algeria. im working in china in yiwu city. i have a residence. i apply a s1 type for my wife and my daughter and apply s2 type for my sister ,but they give them all S1 for my wife and daughter. About my sister i want to know if they give her resedence or renew to other kind?

Farid, if they give your sister the S2 type, then she cannot get the residence permit.

Since she gets the S1, of course she can apply for the temporary residence permit.
