About:China Private Visit Visa

Apply for Residance by S1 Visa

Hello, My Family arrived to china with S1 type. I have work permit and my residence issued from Shanghai but at the moment I work in Penglai , to apply residence to my family by S1 I should go to shanghai or I can apply from near immigration office in Penglai or Yantai ?

Sameh, I think the most appropriate way is to first renew your work permit and residence permit if you'll work in Penglai for a long time. Then apply for your family's residence permit in Penglai. If you just temporarily work there, your family can apply for their residence permit from Shanghai.

Thanks for reply , The Problem is my company do not have branch in Penglai , we working in Penglai but all official documents are under shanghai , do u think i can renew the PTW by my self or should be by company ?

I think you should visit the entry and exit management bureau in Penglai. It is located on no.69, East Penglai Road. If they can't give you an answer, then you need to visit Yantai Entry and Exit Management Bureau located at no.7, Chang'an Road.
