About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I received a ban for china visa in my country.

probably the travel agency forged my document without my knowledge.

I applied in Kenya and I was issued with a receipt for payment but when I went to collect it. I was told to fill refund form and they gave me my passport without a visa. Can i go to a nearby country (Uganda) and apply? do countries embassy share biometric data? Please advice.

Pita, did the embassy leave some marks on your passport? If not, I think you can possibly apply from nearby countries. If they left marks on your passport for the denial, I'm afraid you application will be refused too even though you apply from a different country.

Thanks Elizabeth for your reply, they did not leave any marks on my passport so i can apply. Also if i have the correct documents in the nearby country and i am granted the entry permit, will be able to enter china boarder?

If you are granted the entry permit, you can enter China under normal circumstances.
