About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Is there access to the bank of China for all passengers at PVG?

Does this bank issue new bank cards? My husband lost his and needs a replacement.

Yes, you can find the offices of Bank of China at Between Gate 8 and Gate 9 in the Departure Hall (T1). It usually has the service of issuing a new card, but you may not get the card in the same day. Just go for further consultation.
