How many minutes is the Maglev trip from the airport to Shanghai

Do one need VISA to use only the Maglev train from the airport to SH and back? If yes, do they have shoret stay visa?

The travel time is about 8 mins, and you don’t need a visa, but you need to apply for a transit permit upon your arrival in the airport.
