limited hongkong stopover

Hi, I will be stopping at the international airport in December this year with my family. We only have limited time to see HK about 5 hours the most, what can you suggest, please and thank you.

For such limited time, you can just roam around the airport. Or take bus line S1 or a taxi to Tung Chung and walk to the nearby Citygate for shopping.
