urgent!! 72 hours transit visa - where do i apply that?

Hi! I have a spanish passport. I'll arrive in Beijing the 2nd of July and leaving into North Korea the 4rt of July. I guess i need a 72hours free transit but i am not finding much information about it. I urgently need to know if i can apply for that at the beijing airport once i got there and which documents will they ask me to show them. On my way back to Beijning from North Korea I will stay in Beijing only 2 days and then leave to Mongolia. I guess i will need again the same kind of permit. Is it possible to apply twice in the same month for this?thans a lot in advanced for any answer...!!!

MAR, you can apply for it after you arrive at Beijing airport. You may need to show the onward ticket, your passport, and entry permit for the next destination. In addition, you can apply twice in the same month.
