I want to get my medical report from Shanghai Medical center on behalf of my absence, kindly advise me

Sunil, you may contact the center if you can assign someone else to pick up your report or ask them to psot it to you. And you should know that Z type is only valid for 30 days. If you can't apply for and get the resident permit for employment within 30 days, then you will be taken as overstaying.
