is it possible to apply VOA upon arrival in zhu hai?

hello there,
my family and I are planning to visit guang zhou on july 22nd with china visa applied from our country Indonesia. however, we're planning to go visit Hong Kong and Macau afterwards and we'll be entering China from Zhu Hai.
