About:Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan

I am an afghan And I have USA green card. can I get China tourist visa?

how much cost me to get and what requirement do I need to provide?

Najib, Chinese embassy in your countries doesn't issue L types. So I am not sure if Chinese embassy and consulates in the US follow the same policy. Anyway, I think you should give it a try. It costs around 30USD. The required documents are your passport, application form, a recent passport photo, round-trip air tickets and hotel reservation.
