How to i go to Macau from Guangzhou? my option is by ship better

Oh, there is no ferry that run between these two places nowadays.
So would you mind change the transportation?
If yes, you can take direct coach at South Yuexiu Bus Station, get off at Zhuhai Gongbei Port. The bus schedules respectively are 07:20 to 20:50 with the frequency of around 40 mins. Then pass the custom and you will enter Macao.0
