What time should I leave Beijing, to catch a flight from Tianjin to Spore @9.20am on 23July?

Should I stay overnight at Tianjin on 22July, or can I leave BJ early in the morning on 23 July to Tianjin?
What's the best way to travel to Tianjin airport from Westin Chaoyang?

You should leave for Tianjin on July 22. From the hotel, you can take subway line 10 to Jiaomenxi Station and take subway line 4 to South Railway Station. Then take high-speed train to arrive at Tianjin Railway Station. Many bullet trains are available for this route from 06:13 to 22:52. After 30-40min, you will arrive at Tianjin Station. Stay nearby overnight and take the subway line 2 to Binhai Airport in the next morning within half an hour.
