can I move to another state after obtaining my temporally residence permit?

Ehi, could you plese clarify the " state" here? Does it mean another country or another province in China?0

You can move to another province. Before you leave, you should go to the exit & entry adminsitration to get a "transfer" permit. Then renew your residence permit after you go to another province.0
