what train should i take from shenzhen to guangzhou ?

I understand there is two high speed rail. One is GZ - Shenzhen High Speed Rail, the other one is GZ South - Shenzhen North High Speed Rail.  At Shenzhen, where can I board the high speed train ? Is it somewhere near metro station ?

There are two kinds of high-speed train available, C trains and G trains. You are suggested to take the G trains, for it is faster. The duration is about 36 mins, and the C train travel time is about 90 mins. The G trains depart from Shenzhen North Railway station and arrive at GZ South Railway Station. The subway Huanzhong Line and Longhua Line can lead to the north railway station.
