Is there any bus from chengdu going to shanghai?

Yes. There are two buses available departing from two bus stations.
Chengbei Bus Station: Leaving at 09:30, the fare is CNY550.
Shiyangchang Bus Station: Leaving at 15:00, the fare is CNY653.
The bus ride is about 24 hours.
