About:China Business Visa

doubt about the M visa

I would like to know more what is this document .--> Invitation letter or confirmation letter of Invitation issued by duly authorized Chinese institutes or relevant units.

who is the authorized chinese institute that the company that i will do some business should forward this letter. cause the company did not had this experience before so dont know how to make this invitation letter official or is just an invitation letter with the stamp of the company???
someone had this experience please let me know.

Hi Nadia, the letter issued by duly authorized unit is not the same as the invitation letter with the stamp of the company. The duly authorized unit here refers to the provincial foreign affairs office or the chamber of commerce.

invitation letter with the stamp of the company has a stander? can you provide a stander and I can foward to my company to provide it. after this letter is quite ok to ask to m business visa right??

There is no fixed format for the invitation letter issued by your company. You can ask your company find a sample through the internet.
