About:Former Residence of Lu Shaoxu

Extension student x2 type

Hi,
currently I am studying in Shanghai and have a X2 type Visa, which expires on 1st of August. I need to extend it until the 16th of August. Is it possible? How shall I do it?

Aida, I personally think it's possible. If not feasible, you can change the X2 type to a short-term L type which enables you to stay for 15 days more. You can just do it at the local exit and entry administration management bureau by providing your passport and documents proving you need to stay longer.
