Urgent, thanks for your help

Hi, we r indians, going to mongolua and transfer in beijing but different flight so need to go through beijing immigration so collect the baggage. so do i need a visa for that? But our flight from beijing to ulasnbaatar, mongolia is the same day

Krishna, Indians enjoy 24 hours free transit in Beijing. In your situation, I don't think you need to apply one in advance. Since you have onward air ticket and valid entry permit to Mongolia (it is a must), then can make use of 24 hours free transit to pick up your baggage.
