buying silk in Hangzhou

Should I bargain when buying silk (either clothing or from the bolt). I would like to purchase some articles already made and possibly a silk comforter, but since I sew a lot myself, I would like to purchase silk off the bolt as well. Should I bargain for these? Should I be as aggressive as in Beijing?

Oh, you can negotiate the price with shop keepers. But it doesn't mean that you need to behave aggressive. Instead of that, showing a friendly attitude is also a good way of bargaining!
