Trip to China

Thinking about attending a conference in Nanjing China form 6-8th Nov. I understand that I have to fly to Shanghai, then take a train to Nanjing. Where would be the most convenient, budget friendly place to stay in Shanghai? And in Najing the conference will be in Cultural Youth Centre. Again, which is the most convenient place to stay? Thanks

In Shanghai, I suggest you find a budget hotel near the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, which is easy for shopping, dining and sightseeing. You'd better choose the chain hotels or inns with low price and good facilities, such as Pod Inn, Home Inn, Hanting Express Hotel and Seven Days Inn.

In Nanjing, you can stay in a hotel near Zhonghuamen subway station, such as GreenTree Inn and Jinjiang Inn. The transportation nearby is conveneint. The access to the Cultural Youth Center is generally convenient and the distance is within 10km.
