My employer would like to bring me with her family in China as I'm currently working in Hongkong as DH . Is it possible for her to sponsor me under x1 type? And what is her requirement to be able to apply for X1?

Hi, do you mean that your employer will apply for an X1 type for you? I'm afraid it's not possible. To apply for the mainland entry permit, you are required to submit your work contract, HK ID, HK entry permit with at least three months of validity, and a guarantee letter from both your employer and you. And your employer must guarantee that you can go back to Hong Kong with her.
