About:China Family Reunion Visa

What is the 认证 procedure for marriage certificate issued in Singapore?

To apply for Q2 visa in China, do we have to first legalise the marriage certificate from Singapore ROM at MFA? Is the MFA legalisation sufficient, or must we obtain 认证from Chinese embassy? After obtaining the legalisation from MFA, do we still need to fill up the G1 form for 认证 at embassy?

Hi, Kerry! You should first have the marriage certificate legalised by the MFA of Singpore, and then go to the CVASC center to have it authenticated.

Hi,

Thanks for your prompt reply.

May I ask if the marriage certificate that need to be legalised is the original or photocopied version?

Thank you.
