Transportation from Yangshuo to Guangzhou

I am planning to go to Guilin and Yangshuo before leaving to GZ. Is there any bus from Yangshuo leaving directly to GZ? If so, where I can take it, how much, and the timetable for the bus, please. If not, should I go back to Guilin to take the train or what should be the best way travelling from Yangshuo to GZ?
