I wanna get VOA on arrival in Shenzhen but actually traveling to PVG, is this possible?

ReplyTammy, I'm afraid this is not allowed. With the Shenzhen VOA, you can only visit this city. If you want to enter other cities, you have to apply for an entry permit in advance.00Reply
