What are the health care like for non-permanent visitors?

If I decided upon a holiday in Beijing (for approximately a week or so) and I had an accident that required hospital attention, what sort of health care would I receive? What would the cost be like, where about in the category would I be prioritized and what sort of treatment would I get.
If my question was not simplistic or exact enough, base the information on a "little miss place of footing whilst on a hike somewhere, causing my legs to break" (accidently). What then would get put in place? ACC? Also, what are the differences in this circumstance if I were un-insured. What would be my eligibility requirements?

There is heathcare center or first-aid center in many attractions in China. Once there is an accident, people will take you to the heathcare center soon. If with minor woulds, they will treat that and you need to pay some. If it is severe, they will help to call the ambulance (dialing 120) and transfer you to a hospital. You need to pay on your own. But if you join a tour and your travel agency buy insurance for you, you just need to pay a very small part of the treatment fee. So when joining a tour, ask if the agency buy the insurance for you.
