How much is the usual tip for each : cab driver and Tour Guide

Our trip is from the Airport arriving at 4:50 am June 18. Thursday .
We ( 2 senior adults ) plan to visit the Great Wall and Summer palace.

Generally speaking, 5 to 10 US dollars a day per person is adequate. :-)
