About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I will fly OKINAWA-BEJING-OKINAWA. Will this work for a 72 hour visa?

I would like to travel to Bejing to meet my dad on his 14 hour layover in Bejing.

Sorry, your departure city is the same as your destintion. Therefore, you are not qualified for 72 hours free transit.
