Extension of Tourist Visa for HK? How do i go about doing that?

I am an Indian citizen and keep travelling to HK every year to visit my Mom. VOA is available for only 14 days. Is there a way to extend it by another week? Which type can i apply for?
Help appreciated!
Thanks,
BG

Benny, you can try to extend it at he HK Immigration Department. However, if you don't want to take the hassle of applying for the extension, just go to Macao and then return to HK to activate another free entry of 14 days.

As far as I see, you had better book a return flight prior to your trip.

Hi Rose,
Thanks for your reply. Usually upon arrival in HK, at the immigration check they ask and/or check the return flight details to make sure its a 14 day stay. So i will initially have to book a return flight, get a weeks extension, then change the flight back home.

Would that be the correct way to go about it, or it is not necessary to initially book a return flight?
