About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Does that qualify under the 72 hour visa requirements? Thanks.

i am arriving into Beijing direct from Houston on the morning of the 10th. After one meeting i am returning direct to Houston (roundtrip).

No, this route is not eligible. You can choose to go back to Huston via a third country or region so as to make use of the 72-hour free transit.
