About:China Family Reunion Visa

Kinship certificate

I am married to chinese citizen, we married in china and we have a chinese marriage certification (the red booklet), now I want to apply for Q1 and in the embassy website they mentioned that they need a proof of kinship (Notarized and legalized), does our chinese marriage certificate needs to be notarize and leagalize? or only our current certificate will do...

Peter, your current certificate is fine for the application. It doesn't have to be notarized and authenticated.
