About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Beijing Capital Airport to Mongolia

I arrive at Capital at 8.30pm and leave for Ulan Bator 10 hours later. I would like to leave airport with hand luggage only, go to a pre-booked hotel nearby to shower then return to fly to Mongolia the next morning. Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible. After landing, you can easily apply for a stay permit with your passport and onward flight ticket. With the permit, you are allowed to leave the airport.
