refund for cancel flight

how long does it take before china southern airline refund for cancel flight money. I recently cancel my trip from seoul to Shanghai and agree to pay penalty of 42USD but am yet to get my remaining balance

If you book directly from the airline, you need to contact them, it usually 3 dyas but can be last to 1 week sometimes. If you did via a agent, you can contact them for the refund process.
