I want to fill the visa application form (applying for Q1) my wife is chinese (from Guiyang)

dears
I have below questions and appreciate your kind and quick reply.

1.currently my wife does not have a work and there is a column asking for inviter's occupation (my wife), should I write Housewife or open business? does it affects my application?
2.in the field (Intended number of entries) what should I choose? (I want to get around 1 year or so stay) should I tick on the 1 time entry lasts for 3 months or what?
3.in the field of (Itinerary) what should I write? it needs a date and address (should I only write 1 year and the address of where I'm staying in Guiyang) any advise for Q1 applicants Itinerary?
