Can you tell me how to register as a individual member from another country??  I do not have a China cell phone number.Thanks you.

It's somehow difficult for you to do that. Besides a Chinese cell phone number, a China bank card is required to make the payment. So if possible, you'd better ask one of your Chinese friends to do that for you.Or just purchase a ticket upon arrival at the attraction site. If you arrive in  the morning, it won't be a problem to get one.
