About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Non-transit in Beijing

Hi!

We have studied in China and whish to visit Hong Kong. Thing is, we only have the one-entry student visa.

Could we catch our return flight in BJ by booking a Hong Kong-PEK and without having a visa, meaning we would go HK-->PEK-->Home and not having a classic transit flight?
Is there some kind of short term visa we could use for awaiting our connecting flight in BJ?

Thanks // Students

Robert, on your way to home, if your flight stops over in Beijing for less than 72 hours, you don't need the transit permit. The seperated tickets can be used for applying the 72-hour free transit.
