You can take subway line 5 at Dongdan Station, get off at Huixinxijie Nankou Station. Then transfer to line 10 to Beitucheng Station and line 8 to Olympic Green Station, Exit E.
The duration is about half an hour. And the ticket fare is CNY 4 per person.
After arriving, walk west around 340 yards.
Subway is easy to transfer. But if by bus, you don't need to transfer at all. Walk from your hotel to Donghuamen bus stop to take bus no. 82 to get off at National Stadium. Then walk northwards to CNCC.1
