Bicycle rental near CNCC / Olympic Park in Beijng

I'm coming for six nights and would like to have a bike available for early morning bike rides for exercise before it gets too hot. Is there anywhere near the CNCC Grand Hotel that I could rent a bike that I could keep overnight so I can start riding at sun up?

Can foreigners get a bike rental card now? And where would the nearest bike stand be? And do the city bikes fit taller people (1.8m)?
