About:China Student Visa

Physical Examination Record for International Traveler

When applying for the X1 student type is both the Physical Examination Record for International Traveler and blood test reports required at the Chinese embassy when applying for a student type or is it just required when registering at the actual school?

If I understood what I read correctly I do not need the Physical Examination and Blood tests results present when applying for the visa, but I do need them when I am actually in China registering at the school.

Is this true?

Ashmetal, your understanding is correct. The Physical Examination Record and Blood Tests results are not required when applying for the X type, but they are needed when you register at the school and apply for the temporary residence permit.
