From the airport, you can take airport shuttle bus to Taoyuan Railway Station. The duration is about 40 mins with the ticket fare of around NT$45.There you can take a train to Yilan directly. The train schedules are from 06:50 to 20:50. It takes nearly 3 hours. And the ticket fare is NT$ 200 to 270.
