Chaoshan airport to Vienna hotel Jieyang

Hello.. Your tips are pretty useful, thanks a lot! Would like to see your help on the following..
1. We will be staying in Vienna hotel during our upcoming trip.. We wanted to get direction from the hotel but sadly, they do not have email address that we can write in.. Can help? Is there a direct bus service to the hotel? Is it easy to get a van for 9 of us directly from the airport?

2. We are keen to get local tour package during our few days stay there. Any recommended place that we can get it at a competitive price?

3. Any must visit places in the city? Majority of us will be in the age of 40s.
