Yes, train connection is available. Only two trains operate each day, leaving at 08:41 to 13:13. It takes around 4.5h. The ticket fare of soft seat is CNY77.5 and hard seat is CNY50.5.  Alternatively, many buses are scheduled from Yancheng Bus Station from 05:50 to 18:50 every 20-30min. The bus fare is CNY96-97. The duration is around 3.5h.
