About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Customs for exhange student to Beijing

My son (an exchange student) is flying into BJ and on to Pusan Korea. Will he have to go through customs? He is flying on AA into PEK and out on Air China to Pusan all in terminal 3. Worried mom here getting no sleep thinking he will miss his flight. This is his first time going out of country on his own. Any help would be so appreciated.

Yes, he needs to go through the customs inspection. Don’t worry about that, the transit procedures are simple, look at here.
