Renewing HKSAR passport oversea after name change?

I changed my name via US Naturalization. So if I go to the consulate to renew my HKSAR passport the name on my US id will not match the name on my HKSAR id (they do check both). My concern is if I hand in my naturalization name change court order as proof of name change, will they take it as my desire to change my nationality? If I don't hand in proof of name change they will refuse my application because they will say I am not the same person (that's what happen to my sister before). I do not want to renounce my HKSAR nationality.

In principle, China does not acknowledge dual-citizenship. So if you hand in the name change court order, the embassy may cut your passport.
