About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Travel to HK from and back to Guangzhou on 1 entry

We are in Guangzhou on a 1 entry visa (Dutch nationals). Can we visit Hong Kong from Guangzhou and return to Guangzhou on the same day on the same one entry permit? Or do you formally leave China when you go from Guangzhou to Hong Kong?

Hi Christa, once you leave mainland China, your single-entry permit wll expire and you cannot use it to reenter.
