When can I apply for visa in Seattle? Will the Chinese Consulate visit this year--2015?

Joe, Chinese consulate in San Francisco went to Seattle on May 23. And there is no further notice that when the consulate will go there again. If you plan to visit China and apply for a VISA, you'd better visit Chinese consulate in San Francisco in person. If you can't come, you can ask your family members or friends to submit and collect on your behalf.1
