About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

hi do i need proof of ticket if i travel from hong kong to beijing or guangzhou by train?

I don't have booked flights and am thinking of getting the train to mainland china from hong kong, so can i leave out the travel document part of the visa form and just give details of the hotel bookings?

Byul, how will you leave, by train or flight? Anyway, you should provide the flight or train ticket that proves you will leave on certain date if you don't have the inviation letter. Of course, hotel booking is needed.
