About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

what if i have visa Q1 then i need to apply resident permit before 1 month?

but requirements still havent completed. its possible that i can still stay while waiting my requirements and apply to resident permit? Thanks

Cherrie, it depends on the validity of your Q1. In most cases, it is 30 days. You know, it needs around 15 days to deal with your application for temporary resident permit. If you can't apply for the resident permit within 30 days, then I am afraid that you need get back to reapply for Q1 and then change it into a temporary resident permit.
