About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I will arrive by a cruise ship and then flying to Singapore. Do I qualify for 72 hours free transit?

I'm sorry to tell that you do not qualify for the 72hrs free transit policy becaue you arrive by cruise ship and this policy is not for ferry ports.
