can i apply for thai visit visa if i am on S2 type & temporary resident permit issued by police?

I am tayyaba sultana from pakistan living in nanjing with my husband. i am on s2 can i get thai tourist type with my husband even i have temporary residant permit issued by local police station that is not printed on my passport that is in the letter form
Please guide me
